Services Description

PORT 15 Sales & Rental provides:

• Sale of used semi trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment
• Equipment rental services
• Rental Purchase Option (RPO) programs
• Trade-in valuations and purchases
• Financing assistance and referrals
• Extended warranty programs

Vehicle and Equipment Listings

All vehicle and equipment listings on our website are subject to the following conditions:

• Prices, availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice
• Photos are for illustration purposes and may not reflect the exact vehicle or equipment
• All sales are subject to availability and final verification
• Mileage and condition descriptions are provided in good faith but should be verified in person
• Prior sales may occur before your inquiry is processed

Trade-In Estimates

Trade-in estimates provided through our website are preliminary valuations only. Final trade-in values are determined after physical inspection of the vehicle at our facility. We reserve the right to adjust or withdraw any estimate based on the actual condition of the vehicle. Trade-in estimates are valid for 7 days from the date of issuance.

Rental Terms

All equipment rentals are subject to:

• Signed rental agreement with full terms and conditions
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
• Security deposit as determined at time of rental
• Age requirements (minimum 21 years for most equipment, 25 for some categories)
• Credit approval for extended rentals
• Return of equipment in the same condition as rented, less normal wear

RPO Program Terms

Our Rental Purchase Option (RPO) program allows rental payments to be applied toward the purchase of equipment. RPO terms, including the percentage of rent applied to purchase and buyout options, are specified in individual RPO agreements. Not all equipment is RPO-eligible. Approval is subject to credit review.

Warranty Terms

Our Total360 Protection Plan offers Gold, Silver, and Bronze tiers of coverage. Specific terms and conditions are outlined in the warranty documentation provided at the time of purchase. Warranty coverage varies by equipment type and age. See our Warranty page for more information, and request full warranty terms before purchase.

Financing

Financing is provided through third-party lenders. PORT 15 Sales & Rental is not a lender. All financing is subject to credit approval. Interest rates, terms, and conditions are determined by the lender. We make no guarantees regarding financing approval or terms.

User Responsibilities

When using our website and services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Not attempt to interfere with the proper operation of the website

Limitation of Liability
