Common Grades & Their Uses
Hardox comes in various grades tailored for specific industrial and heavy-duty environments:
- Hardox 400 & 450: The industry standards. They are excellent all-around wear steels that offer a great balance of bendability, weldability, and impact toughness. Used in dump truck beds, mining trays, and containers.
